Genesis To Life Shipping Policy

Thank you for trusting Genesis To Life for your health and wellness goals. We want your experience to be excellent from the moment you purchase until you receive your product. Below, we explain everything you need to know about our shipping process.

 

Order Processing Time

 

All of our products are specially prepared and labeled for you. Our standard processing time is 2 to 5 business days. During periods of high demand, this time may be slightly extended.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

We partner with the best carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  • Primary Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Estimated Shipping Time:

    • Standard Shipping: 1 to 4 business days after the order has been processed.

    • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Shipping Costs: The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

 

International Shipping

 

We bring wellness to the world!

  • Primary Carrier: FedEx.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 2 to 5 business days after the order has been processed. This timeframe may vary depending on the customs process in each country.

 

IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Duties, Taxes, and Customs

 

  • Tariffs, import duties, VAT, and any other customs charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Genesis To Life has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the amount will be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the costs of reshipment.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team immediately at compras@genesistolife.com.

We will do everything we can to work with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
